Fees include all meals, snacks, nappies and trips. Fees are due in advance, and we issue invoices termly. Unfortunately, there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Funding is available for children from 9 months old. Children become eligible for age-specific funding in the term following their relevant birthday. You can apply for this using the following link www.childcraechoice.gov.uk You must the give your eligibility code to the nursery.

Tax free childcare is a method of paying your nursery invoice and provides a significant saving of 20%. It can be used alongside both 15 and 30 hours of funding. We accept tax-free childcare as a payment method at all of our settings. You will first need to apply for tax-free childcare following the link www.childcarechoices.gov.uk Once set up, you can find your setting by searching for the postcode or the Ofsted registration number. The eligibility criteria follows that of 30 hours funding closely. Unlike 30 hours funding it is available to all nursery age children. Once paired to your setting, you can pay your invoices using the tax-free childcare system – either full or partial payments of your invoice are possible.

We offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time that are unfunded. We offer a discount of 50% from one of your children, only until funding is claimed.

We recommend that your child attend at least twice per week. We do look at all children individually if you needed to deviate from this.

Our Famly app enables you to login remotely and check out your child’s learning journey, to see the different experiences your child is having and the next steps they are working towards. This is as well as face to face daily contact with a member of staff at drop off or pick up. Our Instagram also shows you what’s going on at the nurseries.
